Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chaser Social LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Afterly mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Afterly
• You must not have been previously banned from Afterly or any Chaser Social LLC service
• You must not be a registered sex offender
• You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law
• If you use Afterly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information when creating and updating your profile
• Use only one personal account (creating duplicate or fake accounts is prohibited)
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately at contact@chasersocialllc.com of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your profile photos current and representing your actual appearance

You agree not to use Afterly to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate any person
• Post or transmit content that is obscene, illegal, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users
• Engage in sex trafficking, escort services, or any form of commercial sexual activity
• Post content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context (zero tolerance)
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of Afterly
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

You retain ownership of content you post on Afterly. By submitting content (photos, messages, bio text, etc.), you grant Chaser Social LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Afterly offers a free tier and a Pro subscription ("Afterly Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Pro features are available only while your subscription is active; they will lapse on cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will immediately cease
• Your profile and associated data will be deleted within 30 days
• Any active subscription will not be refunded
• You may not create a new account without prior written permission from Chaser Social LLC

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHASER SOCIAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Afterly shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of Afterly after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
